The Group Fertility Support Programme offers a structured, evidence-based way forward — combining professional guidance, education, and the reassurance of shared experience. This small-group programme is designed to help you prepare your body for conception while feeling supported, informed, and less alone.

This programme is designed for women 35+ who:

Have been told “everything looks normal” but don’t feel reassured
Want clear guidance on nutrition, lifestyle, and preparation
Prefer a group approach rather than ongoing 1:1 support

HOW THE PROGRAMME WORKS
Clear structure, gentle pacing, and support that fits real life.
Group size: Maximum 10 women
Format: Weekly live online group sessions (approx. 60 minutes)
Duration: 3 months
Between sessions: Private WhatsApp or Telegram group for shared support and guidance
The programme is intentionally paced to avoid overwhelm. Rather than covering everything at once, each weekly session focuses on one clear theme, with small, manageable action points you can realistically apply during the week.
This approach allows changes to be integrated gradually, supports consistency, and helps you track progress and subtle shifts over time — without pressure or perfection.
If you’re unable to attend a live session, recordings are provided, so you can catch up in your own time and stay aligned with the group.

As a fertility nutritional therapist, Maryna looks beyond conception alone — helping women recognise patterns that may influence pregnancy resilience, risks during pregnancy, baby development, postnatal recovery (including mood and energy), and the hormonal transitions that follow, such as perimenopause.
