Our Mission
Helping you move from stress, anxiety, and uncertainty to clarity, confidence and joy, while laying the foundation for a healthy, happy family and a thriving next generation.
We believe the health of the next generation begins before conception and depends on the wellbeing of both parents, therefore we support long-term reproductive health from pre-conception to pregnancy and beyond.
Clinical Philosophy
Our clinical philosophy is grounded in preventative and functional medicine principles. We work through a structured assessment of cellular health, microbiome and nutritional status, hormonal balance, lifestyle factors, DNA and potential underlying pathophysiological mechanisms that may influence fertility and reproductive outcomes.
Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, we focus on identifying root causes, supporting cellular and metabolic function, restoring hormonal balance, and promoting physiological homeostasis. This approach allows us to support reproductive health in a safe, evidence-informed and personalised way.
Meet the Founder
Science-Based, Heart-Led Fertility Support
Natural Fertility was founded by Maryna Kopeyko-Langlois, a Nutritional Therapist and Naturopath specialising in fertility, hormonal balance, and long-term women’s health.
After more than 15 years leading international projects in the City of London, Maryna retrained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (London, UK). This shift felt deeply natural, rooted in a lifelong curiosity about the human body, health, movement, and vitality, and a desire to understand how the body restores balance across different life stages.
Maryna became a mother at 37 and again at 43, conceiving naturally. Through both personal experience and clinical work, she understands the challenges of having children later in life, from preparing the body for conception and pregnancy, to supporting postnatal recovery, sustained energy, and the transitions that follow.
In her work, Maryna often meets women who are focused on conception at any cost, without realising that fertility challenges are often the body’s way of signalling an imbalance that needs support. Addressing these imbalances before conception helps pregnancy, postnatal recovery, and even the transition into menopause unfold more smoothly.
Maryna’s approach is grounded in evidence-based, functional nutrition, with a focus on cellular health, metabolic resilience, and hormonal communication. She supports women not just to conceive, but to feel well, energised, and confident through motherhood and beyond.

Why preconception health matters?
Fertility is influenced by far more than ovulation timing or laboratory values. The quality of pre-conception health affects egg and sperm integrity, implantation potential, pregnancy resilience, and long-term outcomes for both parents and child.
By supporting cellular function, hormonal communication, metabolic balance, and stress regulation before conception, this programme helps create the physiological conditions needed not only to conceive, but to sustain a healthy pregnancy and support long-term family wellbeing.

Why pregnancy wellness matters?

Supporting blood sugar regulation, vascular health, and stress physiology during pregnancy is an important part of reducing avoidable complications and supporting healthier outcomes for both mother and baby, alongside standard medical care.
A trimester-specific, preventative approach allows common challenges to be addressed early, while building confidence, stability, and long-term health for both mother and baby.

Postnatal Health& Baby Weaning
6 months
One Initial & One Follow Up Consultation
Supporting postnatal recovery and your baby’s development, naturally.

Why postnatal support matters?
Following pregnancy and birth, particularly after a Caesarean section, the body has increased nutritional, metabolic, and restorative needs. Supporting tissue repair, immune balance, hormonal adjustment, and energy levels is essential for recovery and long-term mother's and baby's health.
Early nutrition also plays a key role in shaping a baby’s growth, gut health, immune development, and future relationship with food. A preventative, nutrition-led approach to postnatal care and baby weaning helps support maternal vitality, emotional resilience, and healthy early development, laying strong foundations for both mother and child in the months and years ahead.
